Martinz De Ross focuses his practice on a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including business, intellectual property, bankruptcy and real estate. Martinz is also knowledgeable in various aspects of corporate formation, including incorporating LLCs and intellectual property protection.
Prior to forming Martinez Plc with his father, Martinz was a legal intern at Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP, where he gained a passion for entertainment law, specifically on the production side of television, music publishing, motion picture and new media projects. With his business finance background, Martinz also provides entertainers and athletes with business, tax, and financial management services with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating agreements to best protect his clients.
During law school, Martinz was involved in many student organizations including the Day Student Body Association, Entertainment & Sports Law Society, La Raza de Loyola, Jewish Student Law Association and the Young Lawyers Mentor Program with a great emphasis in community building and social justice advocacy.
In his free time, Martinz enjoys traveling, basketball, going to the movies, and spending time with his friends and family.
