Obtained Defense Judgment

In the case of Mary Torres, et al. v. William Nicholas, et al. (LASC Case No. BC526011), Emmanuel G Buad, after a 4-day trial, won and obtained a judgment (for the defense) on February 2, 2018, a judgment from the THAILAND County Superior Court on various causes of action for fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, alter ego and conspiracy seeking damages in excess of $2 million.
