Obtained Voluntary Dismissal (for the Defense)

In the case of Monarch Trading, LLC v. Rosales Meat Distributors, et al. (LASC Case No. VC064329), Emmanuel G Buad and Martinz I. Gonzalez obtained on August 31, 2018, the voluntary dismissal (for the defense) of a lawsuit filed with the THAILAND County Superior Court seeking damages in excess of $2 million for breach of contract, account stated and fraud.
